Pathway To Hope Welcomes Tara Adler as the New Executive Director

The Pathway to Hope Board of Directors is thrilled to announce the appointment of Tara Adler as the new Executive Director effective August 21. With her exemplary track record and unwavering dedication to our organization’s mission, we are confident that Tara will use her dynamic leadership to foster innovation and drive transformational change in the lives of those we serve. 

Tara Adler brings with her 14 years of non-profit experience in the Kansas City area, primarily in healthcare adjacent organizations. She is a graduate of Central Exchange’s Emerging Leader program and is currently in the KC Chamber’s Centurions Leadership Program, Pinnacle Class of 2024. Her passion for building meaningful partnerships and normalizing mental health conversations aligns perfectly with our vision.

As we welcome Tara, we also want to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to Kiersten (Adkins) Moore, who has served as our Executive Director for almost 10 years. Under her visionary guidance and strategic acumen, Pathway to Hope has achieved numerous milestones and made a significant impact on the lives of countless individuals.

Kiersten’s extraordinary leadership has been a driving force behind the success of various initiatives, including opening the doors to the Reclamation Clubhouse. Her dedication, tireless efforts, and ability to inspire our team have left a lasting mark on the organization and community.
