Pathway to Hope’s clinical services provide individualized, professional interventions that integrate into a member’s broader recovery journey. Pathway to Hope offers a variety of clinical services, including counseling, peer-to-peer support, and occupational therapy. Each clinical pathway is grounded in collaborative goal-setting, evidence-based techniques, and outcome measurement, ensuring that every participant receives the right level of care at the right time.
COUNSELING
Our mental health counselors are trained professionals with the necessary expertise to help individuals with mental illness with issues that affect their lives, including, but not limited to personal, emotional, behavioral, marital, educational, or vocational matters. Our clinical mental health counselors use psychotherapy techniques to diagnose, treat, and help individuals suffering from psychological distress and other mental health issues.
Our mental health counselors help patients by:

● Improving self-acceptance and self-esteem
● Changing self-defeating behaviors and habits
● Managing expression and emotions
● Relieving symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other mental health conditions

PEER-TO-PEER SUPPORT
Our Peer-to-Peer Support Program pairs an individual with mental illness with a trained peer who has walked a similar journey. The peer provides support from a place of understanding. Trained peers can provide a supportive environment, help map out goals, identify urgent needs, and assist them in meeting those urgent needs.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Our occupational therapists play a crucial role in helping individuals improve their functional abilities and overall well-being. They are experts in performing behavioral health assessments, which offer insight into a patient’s condition. They also have strong observation and creative problem-solving skills and understand human function across different diagnoses.
Our occupational therapists help patients by:
● Enhancing an individual’s ability to engage in meaningful daily activities
● Addressing risk factors and promoting health to prevent future issues
● Supporting overall physical and mental well-being
● Improving an individual’s overall satisfaction with life
● Encouraging active involvement in social, work, and leisure activities
